This ensor is a Tuya Zgbee solution. It can't connect to WiFi. It doesn't work alone. It needs to work with Tuya Zigbee hub or Tuya Multi-Mode Gateway. It does not support other gateways and does not support Zigbee2MQTT. It cannot be used as a normal temperature and humidity sensor, it must be linked to the Tuya Zigbee gateway or Tuya multimode gateway.
